Here I forget about everything, concentrate on myself, on every movement, every breath. 🎾Sport is my way of feeling alive. It teaches me to overcome, to move forward, to be patient. After every workout I come out different: stronger, calmer, happier. 🏋️♀️I love that feeling, when the body obeys, when the muscles are on fire, and in my head - silence. Just me and the goal. This is where I revitalize myself, fill myself with energy and inspiration. Sport is my love, my choice and my support. And I'm grateful to myself every morning when I choose to take action rather than excuses. 🌟
