

the hardest part about my workout journey has been staying consistent 😪 i just took a week off, no lifting, and not eating enough protein or food in general ðŸ˜
i’m feeling pretty down in the dumps right now because of how chaotic my life is, but i’m trying really hard not to let it bring me down. i feel like once i let it effect me, it’s that much harder to get back into my routine. i’ve been trying to practice telling myself it’s okay and it’s not the end of the world. i guess all i can do is take life day by day and eventually i will fall back into my routine 🤞
