My morning routine:1. Wake up at 5 am2. Get dressed 3. Skin care routine 4. Eat a high protein breakfast (today was turkey bacon, some days it’s eggs). -In order to get my weight in protein (210 lbs) I always start my day with protein. I also find that when I start my day with heavy carbs it makes me drowsy. 5. Coffee -I’m pretty caffein sensitive but I love the taste of coffee so I do half regular coffee and half decaf coffee. 6.
