

For our first Macros Monday, I wanted to share this simple overnight oats with you. This is my go-to flavor combo right now for fall. I love cinnamon so I went with Isothority protein in “churro” (it’s soooo good), Torani sugar-free syrup in “brown sugar cinnamon” to add a little extra.
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 scoop protein
1/2 apple
1/3 cup Ketola Crunch (Amazon or Fred Meyer)
Pinch Cinnamon
Pinch Sea Salt
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight, then enjoy in the morning! Prep for 5 mornings in a row and you’ll feel energy for hours ☺️
