Added 2022-10-13 16:28:05 +0000 UTCOn my back/pull day, we are really focusing on my lays and I have a lot of lat focused exercises. Here I am hoping from a wide grip pull down into a reverse grip to hit different parts of the muscle. I repeat this cycle 3 times with 20 seconds rest in between.
