After dancing last weekend my body has been screaming at me! I've been doing yoga, stretching, went to the hot tub, used yoga balls, and I'm still sore as hell😅😉
So today I went out and bought myself some super comfy dance shoes, leg warmers, and knee pads. This should help tremendously....I hope. I'll let y'all know after my shift tomorrow evening!
