Chickpea pasta
Homemade green dressing
Pan fried teriyaki soy sauce marinated tofu
& Apple wood smoked bacon
No tofu for my sister (20g protein 330 cals), and no bacon for me (29g protein 475 cals)
Brother (29g protein 522 cals) and my partner (30g protein 515 cals) had both.

Keeping track = lots of math lol
But being able to make high protein low cal meals is like a personal goal win!! ๐
Also the sauce/dressing was absolutely amazing I actually wrote down what I did this time so I can recreate it the same๐คค
