Something I love about living in Colorado is the hot springs! 💧 Iron Mountain hot springs in Glenwood Springs has several pools with temperatures ranging 98°-108° Fahrenheit. The soothing mineral water from deep within the earth has many therapeutic benefits such as: 💜 boost in circulation 💜 natural pain reduction 💜 improved skin conditions 💜 natural detox & stress relief Some minerals found in these hot springs are calcium, iron, lithium, magnesium, sodium, sulfate and zinc— just to name a few! I lasted about 15 minutes soaking in their hottest pool, which doesn’t sound like very long. But, 108° is HOT 🥵 Do you think you could last longer? (;
