Little update for anybody wondering how the leg is doing. Yesterday was 6 weeks post op. Knee still a bit swollen. Decided to do PT myself, over a 120 degree bend, walking up and down stairs. Been about a week since the last time my knee has buckled while walking. 2 mile Stationery bike with up to 25? resistance. I do legs once a week in the gym typically. Last Wednesday I started single leg presses with 30-50lbs and doing single leg hamstring curls up to 60lbs, also did a few two legged squats on a hack machine with 2 45 lb plates per side, and weighted seated calve presses, as well as two abductor machines. Thigh is about 2-3 inches smaller then my good one, but so far so good, though I've realized that while doing leg raises I had a lag a little less than ten degrees, I started taping the patella downward specifically while I sleep while also wearing the brace locked and hyperextended to -10 degrees, lag has significantly improved the past few days. Only problem with the tape is it's incredibly itchy at times lol
