


Ended up sick last week and decided to take the whole week off, though I did work my leg though. Started fresh with a brutal tri chest and delt workout. Went back to my original routine of lifting too. Went up to 365lbs on b3nch and hit 5 rep - first time going over 315 in a long time. Bench - 4x Tricep pressdowns- 4x Front dB raises - 4x Seated plate loaded chest press - 4x Seated chest press machine - 1x 5 step drop steps Seated tricep extension machine is - 4x super Setted with diamond pushups Seated side machine raises - 4x Standing cable Flys - 4x DB Skull crushers - 4x Seated plate loaded shoulder press 4x My buddy diego just recently created an OF as well, told him I'd help him out and tag him in a post.
