I will be offering spaces for 1-1 work within guidance coaching, trauma recovery yoga + healing. I recently gained another certification this past month for trauma healing and recovery and I am ready to expand my space and knowledge, to you all ❤️✨ This area of work is more than a passion of mine as it has been my anchor in my own journey and healing over my life. I am so grateful to have this space and share all I can here with you beautiful souls. Excited to be learning all I am to be able to now share and work with others too.
