When we are feeling physical pain, stressed, anxious, depressed or on edge, our body can be carrying extra emotion, memory or energy and we need to release this. The more distraction and suppression of this pain, energy or emotion, the more pain we lead to creating for our body, mind and spirit within. Silent meditations and slow breathing are not too helpful or best to release our stored emotions. MOVING the energy OUT is. Some examples to move energy: dancing, yoga, singing, exercising, stretching, walking, jumping. This video focuses on releasing our excess or past through movements that create, muscle tremors and shakes, leading to that energy fully moving OUT. We talk about the importance of these different movements and the breaths used within them as well. You will see your body tremor and shake, that’s GOOD!! Don’t be afraid of feeling into that shake.
