Much of the last few years especially, I have felt deeply driven to spend my free hours, lost in her. As my personal life has brought un seeable health decline, non controllable stressors and disconnect, Mother Nature has helped re connect me and guide. Hold space for my fear. No matter the emotion or what I bring into her space, she brings back something for me to take with me. Bring your thoughts, fears or uncertainty to her.
