Until a few years ago, I was the person who would disconnect from my body and more so isolate and hold all in after I was hit with a stressful time. After I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and other stress related illnesses, I learned the importance of connecting deeper into my body, letting go of stress and working through our emotions / stress. I started learning about how movement of our bodies, allows us to step back into our power, sensual energy and also, gain back, connection...All while allowing what is leftover to come forth and finally, fall away. ✨💛 Whether we are feeling stressed, anxious, happy, sad, no matter the emotion...moving our body allows these emotions and stagnant energy to, release, speak out the way they need, not stay stuck inside of us. This is one way we can guide and allow ourselves to start anew and let go instead of hold leftover pain / emotions within our bodies. Whether it is stretching, shaking, bouncing/jumping, dancing, yoga, running, etc...watch what happens. Start small + make this, yours. No one else’s. Watch the stress, the emotions...watch them all start to come forth and, fall away ✨ So much love.
