Added 2020-08-31 21:23:43 +0000 UTCA quick way / move to release stress or anxiety ✨ The ‘Boat Pose’ (taught in a previous video on the feed too!) ~Lower yourself onto the ground. ~Get into a lying down position in a place that is comfortable for you. ~Slowly gain connection and balance with your body + the ground. ~Start to raise your feet and legs together off of the ground alongside your upper half. Reach toward your legs as they rise. ~ Your pace. Your timing. ~Head light but focused ~Slowly raise your legs and arms to where a slight shake starts to occur. This, is energy moving out. Allow it. Let the body shake. Let the energy, move out. ✨Watch how you feel afterward ✨
