Ever lay in the grass and feel how it lightly brushes against your skin in the smallest ways as it holds you Ever close your eyes and deeply let go into a song as it’s instruments take you away into peace? This is PLEASURE too ❤️ One of my favorite ways to connect into my pleasure center is through, FOOD. Much of when we are eating, we do so so quickly, we don’t get to experience that pleasure and connection to that food. In every bite, we have an opportunity to slow down...notice the colors. Patterns. Feel the textures against our tongues and mouths. Close our eyes and tune into those flavors and spices. Notice how doing this, our connection with our food, changes. We see it, can appreciate and fully experience it, in ALL of its glory ❤️✨
