Did you know sun bathing our genitals is powerful for our health as well? I love to find ways to lay outside or even in my home amongst the sun, all within my natural as much as possible. Our bodies were not meant to be clothed and restricted 24.7. Our bodies and minds crave Momma Sun! I invite you to escape into nature or a safe space in your home. Get undressed and soak in the sun. Soak in that light. Take in its warmth on your body, skin and genitals. As that sun hits a certain area, you can even call into a certain word, phrase or desire. A focus With that warmth. Explore with the light. Go deeper with the power of the sun. Soaking in all of its beautiful healing and pleasure power. Massage and connect back to your genitals in the sun’s warmth. Allow yourself to take in every little sense and emotion in that experience. Allow the sun to bring you back to a state of peace and blissssss ☀️
