There is peace awaiting for us here, in the present moment ✨ How often do we allow ourselves to go to or stay within our present ? Our minds, our thoughts, our societal norm of multi tasking and our conditioning to fulfill roles, deny, push, overachieve, etc are keeping us from staying in our present moment. Do you have something, someone, somewhere that allows you to come back into the present? To feel that sense of NOW? I spent most of my life, not in the present, living in the past or in the future. Lost in my mind. Out of my body due to trauma. Lost in my past. I lived feeling like I was on a constant rollercoaster, never having control of what was around me, my mind, situations and life ever changing. I wanted some sense of control. I dove deep into learning ways I could come back into control within my mind, come into my body and the present moment that was, here ✨ The last 3 years have been, just this. Some of my favorites ways to tune back to the present are: ✨ Breathwork ✨Self Massage ✨Observer Outlook - I am not my mind, what are they trying to say. ✨Time off of my phone and technology to allow my nervous system to slow ✨ Time in nature / outside 🌿 ✨Meditation ✨Listening to Binaural Beats or music that pulls you into the present, not making the mind more active ✨Journaling my truth ✨Moving our stuck energy (screaming into pillow, Shaking, dance, etc) Let me know what you enjoy best and works for you :)?
