I look back at photos and my life often. To think just a few years ago, I was in a hospital bed + the ER, every week. Barely able to walk and in 24.7 pain with no hope for better. A few years ago, this body, in so much pain of water weight and extra weight, 190 pounds and told I’d be on a ton of medications forever. This life is wild guys... How life can change, so quickly. How coincidental things can seem but they are quite the opposite. Little gifts to our next path. I will be sharing in videos more about my health journey and healing life here as it’s, a massive piece of who I am today and why I’m so passionate in what I am.
