Did you know nature contains endless healing powers for our health ?✨🖱 The more sick I became in my mid 20’s, the more I learned about all that we have awaiting at our fingertips outside of the medical system to truly heal ourselves. Nature, was one of them. I became determined to empower myself and use what was within natural to, heal. Fascinated with all of the studies showing the benefits of time in nature and using aspects of nature (grounding, earth meditation, etc) on our health has rooted me deeply passionate In sharing this knowledge. Today, was one of the last warmer days here. I escaped onto the beach and spent time with my toes in the sand and listening to the waves. My soul feels so nourished. I invite you to take in the sunshine. Breathe in that fresh air. It is ever so HEALING ✨
