

💛✨A playful pleasure exercise 💛✨ • Choose an item you’d like to use in some sensory 1:1 time with your body. • This could be a flower, feather, hairbrush bristles, a riding crop, a glove, a pencil tip, etc. Whatever feeling you’d like to tune into with using that item. • Dedicate some time to slow down with this item. However long feels good for you. • Start at the top of your body and allow the chosen item to slowly move down, exploring your body bit by bit( you can also do this as a partner exercise) Close your eyes ( if comfortable) Breathe into the feeling. Deep breaths. Where feels best for you? What senses come up? (This is YOUR exercise, so whatever speed or movement feels best, tune into that. Notice what comes with this) Play is our birth right.
