Closing our eyes and fully taking in that pleasure of it. • Listening to a song and fully tuning into the layers, vocal tones, instrumentals, etc • Walking outside and taking in the small details around you. The detail of the leaves on the trees, the smell of fresh rain, whatever it may be that allows you to tune deeper into that moment in pleasure.
