Have you ever heard of the subconscious mind? This is the “habit brain” and it controls over 90% of our days and lives. Crazy, right? Our brains run on habit, until we choose to interfere with that. We are in a pure state of only learning from birth to age 6/7. Full on habit building and perception building during those years. The way we may speak to ourselves? Habit. The way our bodies respond to a situation? Habit. How our brains choose to perceive? Habit. ☀️ One of the best ways to break out of a habit or create a new habit for us? Working with our subconscious minds !!! The subconscious mind is always there BUT it is the most programmable when we are in our THETA brain state / waves. ✨Theta brain waves are most present : 1. The moments before you drift off to sleep 2. The moment when you wake up in the morning ☀️Ways we can work within our Theta brain waves to help create or break a habit? • Do a visualization meditation of you accomplishing your goal or re programming the moment you wake up or a bit before you fall asleep • Write out or speak aloud what you are working toward, will accomplish and are passionate about before you go to sleep or right when you wake up • Listen to a voice recording of yourself +/or affirmations for your journey and goals right before you go to sleep or right when you wake up You can also train the brain as you sleep so listening to tapes as you sleep may also add extra impact :) ( I do suggest keeping the phone on airplane mode and away from the head or body though for more healthy, restful sleep as wifi can disturb the sleep cycle💛 ) We have such power to create more of this life. Let us know, our minds, only want to be guided They, do not lead. We do 💛
