Have you ever heard of “masculine and feminine energy” before? That every one of us have BOTH inside of us? I am deeply passionate about teaching about this as for many of us, we were never taught that we all have masculine and feminine energy inside of us. These opposite energies play a piece in every aspect of our lives: • how we see and use our emotions • how we perceive our environments • our successes in all areas of life • our life and day to day decisions • our lifestyle choices • our relationship choices, dynamics • our connection to the world and MORE The more we begin to understand : ☀️ What are masculine and feminine energies and how do they show up in my life? > The more power we hold in how our lives and days unfold before us. Within true balance of these energies, there is BLISS. • There is focus and work, but also, trust and flow. • There is planning and doing but also, rest and reflecting Having more or less of any energy doesn’t make us any better or more or less of our gender. We all need BOTH and BALANCE of both, to feel grounded and walking in our FULL selves. Excited to share more on this 💛💛💛💛
