Instruments intimidated me. After my concussions and TBI, I felt even more discouraged with not feeling able to read music or play keys in the right way. Now I learned, it’s about finding instruments that are meant for YOU. ** My new instrument alongside my sound bowl: Shruti Box - Shruti meaning sacred product of divine revelation + connected to sacred sharings of ancient earthly souls. ✨ Each instrument or sound, brings something out in us. I am deeply excited for my own continuance of the journey of using sound medicine as well as for offering it in my life’s work to connect others back to their own medicine, within and around them To sound and its incredible medicine ☀️😌✨
