Added 2021-04-05 14:12:47 +0000 UTC✨Welcome to Meditation Monday ✨ This week: Morning Grounding A guided meditation to allow you to start your week feeling more centered and grounded ✨ As we INHALE, imagining breathing in Mother Earth’s energy. Imagine her giving us light, positive, loving energy. This, coming up through the ground into our feet or spine if sitting or standing. ✨ As we EXHALE, imagining giving back whatever we hold inside of us and are wanting to get let go or get rid of ( anger, stress, anxiety, confusion etc), imagining these being able to exit through the feet of spine as you exhale and be given back to Mother Earth. Also during the EXHALE: imagining as if we have our own set of ROOTS growing from our feet or spine. As we exhale, those roots grow deeper into the earth. Imagine them growing deeper, grounding us to the Earth More grounded = less reactive to stress, less stressed, more in remembrance and calm knowing that we are always able to give what we need, back to the Earth through our connection in our roots 🙏🏻✨ To a wonderful week ahead So much love 💛
