

💛 A Quick Meditation For After Work 💛 • Finding a quiet place for yourself for a few moments or you can this meditation quietly in your head wherever you may be • Allow yourself to start with 3 slow inhales and FULL slow but with force exhales ( releasing all of the air on the exhale) ✨Inhale - through the nose, slowly and deeply ✨Exhale- through the mouth, slower than the inhale but with FORCE • On the exhale, feel the letting go and repeat to yourself: ✨“I am letting go of all stress, thoughts and emotion leftover from my work day today. I leave them behind now.” ✨ • Find a statement or phrase that works for you connecting to that feeling of the letting go and repeat it daily on your exhales. Softening the tense areas of the body as you exhale. Imagine yourself truly exhaling away what was left from today... knowing you are deserving to rest now. You did your work and now, time for rest 💛
