It impacts back pain, how we breathe, how effectively our bl00d and lymph can pump, how stable our spine is, how our posture falls, how we walk and MORE in the body.. The PSOAS is even connected into...OUR SEX / PLEASURE ❤️ -how much pleasure we can feel during sex -holding erections -pain during sex -emotional connection during sex + release during sex The PSOAS is also an emotional muscle. It holds our feelings and stores them there often showing through numbness, tension, pain or over tightening / weakening of the muscle. When we are STRESSED, it also can get STRESSED. How we take care of our PSOAS can impact much in our day to day lives.
