You deserve to. • Our partners also need to be able to share with us what they enjoy and don’t. ✨How often do we skip this conversation all together and just have sex? ✨ This conversation can be uncomfortable for us right? I feel it is a necessity to work within communication in this area in order for everyone to feel truly fulfilled during and after sex + intimacy not having to hold back or shut down in their truth. If we are having to hold back our truth, this can show up in other ways ( built resentment, easier arguments, more anger, more desire to hold back or control in other situations, etc ) I would love to have a conversation on this and really guide one another in this if anyone has any questions or specific situations they are wanting to bring up in a partnership or future situation etc ❤️ We must know always: we each deserve to safely share, openly honor and enjoy our truth.
