

The most important thing to me everyday is to exercise, not only for the body but particularly for the mind. Rain, hail or shine I will be at the gym at least once a day this month it has been twice a day. I started my new program 2 weeks ago and am now halfway through. I'm seeing great results however I pulled my glute muscle which has resulted in being in bed the last two days. I am up today slowly walking around trying not to overdo it. But it's so hard for me not to be active. My heart goes out to all those with chronic pain. I have a very high pain tolerance but believe me I struggled with the pain.
