This applies to both parties, me and you. My personal favourite and default is the Traffic Light System. It’s simple, easy to understand and remember, quick to say, and easy to check in with. If you have a different preferred safe word or phrase before we go into a session, let me know ! I want to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone involved in sessions, and I would hate to put anyone in an unpleasant situation due to a lack of communication regarding safe words.
