Since my Ehlers-Danlos diagnosis I knew I had to go to the gym to build up my temperature tolerance, improve my stamina, balance, strength to relieve my over working muscles trying to accommodate for my hyper mobile joints for most of my life. Now I go to the gym at least 4 times a week, for about 1-2 hrs. This is all also so I can be a bigger better circus star! I am the big top 3 ring circus, haha! Do you like sweaty selfies?
