I’m back now, and I’ll slowly work on more content whenever I get the chance to ☺️ I really appreciate all of you for being so patient, understanding, and supportive of me💗💗 ..so if you guys were wondering, I’ve been really busy with life, especially from work, and always getting myself sick! Two weeks ago, I visited my doctors again because everyday I’ve been feeling very fatigue, lightheaded, dizzy, having migraines, shortness of breath, chest pains, and bad cold hands & feet. Apparently, my doctor said my body’s been undergoing a lot of stress and my anemia has worsen 😢 so I gotta try relaxing more, stop drinking too much coffee/tea, and start taking my vitamins + supplements daily. That’s what I have been doing! Engaging more in self-care activities, reducing screen time as much as possible, catching up with sleep, and just simply relaxing 😌🤍 I’ve gone to small getaway trips with my besties, trying out delicious foods together, taking a stroll along the beach, painting, taking a bath, & much more!! Anyways, I hope y’all have been well and taking good care of yourself. I missed you guys a whole bunch and can’t wait to connect with you guys more & share some new content🥰🥰❤️
