


My Fitness Wednesday Update 🏋️♀️🍽️ Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick update on my fitness journey. Adapting to my new body has been a challenge, and taking photos isn't as easy as before. I'm on a whole new level with my meals – hitting 2000 cals, 60g fats, and 150g carbs per serving🍚It's a big change, but progress is keeping me motivated. Let's not even talk about cardio – I'm keeping active with 10-12k steps instead! And yes, I'm waving goodbye to my abs for now🤣 saying hello to some new sentiments on my 🍑
