The $3,500 price EXCLUDES the the warrantied parts costs. I spent $4,700, when I didn't have it, to get a NEW unit specifically to NOT have these issues! And a new unit to replace it? They quoted me $9k. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 OH, and then my female greyhound thinks if she pees on things she can control a situation. Beds, sofas, floors, etc. She peed on my daughter's floor while the tech was here because I asked her to watch them and keep them away/occupied because I was afraid if I locked them in my room she'd peee on my bed.
