I just got back from my first electrolasys session. This morning i was at the dentist, so the area above my lips on the left side was still abit numb. This numbness helped me deal with the pain. They warned me a lot about the pain of electrolasys. But there is no amount of pain that is going to stand in the way of my dreams. So we started on the hair above my lips. Because in pictures, it is often this area that shows itself a little. On the left side, i felt nothing because it was numb from the dentist. On the right side however, i felt everything. And it is indeed very painfull. Electrolasys is a laser hair removal method that destroys individual hairs. So 1 hair at the time. To describe how it feels, it feels like a burning needle injection, and when it is injected, they make it burn even harder for 10 seconds before pulling out. It is kinda painfull. BUT once she did a couple of hairs on the right side, you start to get used to the pain. And you kinda get more and more comfortable. By the end of the session, it wasn't a very big deal at all. In 90 minutes of time, she did NOT manage to complete my upper lip area. She completed it for let's say 70%. I have to pay 50 euros for 30 minutes to do this. So my next appointment is next tuesday, and this time it will be for 2 hours. Where she will be finishing my upper lip and start on the hairs in my neck and work upwards. During those 5 minutes i asked if i could get an invoice for this because it is a business expense for me lol! He said sure and asked me what i did, and i just told him everything. So yesterday i started this proffesional (and expensive!!) feminization diet. I have to take some supplements in the form of pills and i'm kinda against all that, but i'm giving it a fair try. One of my biggest problems is diet coke when it comes to diet. Because it's ''zero calories'' i justified drinking it a lot. More then a liter a day 🙈 My coach said this is extremly bad and explained to me why. So yesterday was my first day drinking only water and eating in a special way combined with some suplements. And.... i got extremly sick. I had to 🤢 3 times, i was light headed and felt just really sick This could have been a withdrawal effect of not drinking diet coke for an entire day, also, when you don't eat any carbs the first day your body might act strange. I went to bed very early and had a bad night. But now i woke up and i feel so much better. Except my mouth, my wisdom tooth arrea still hurts but it's also getting better. I'm kinda getting tired of being in pain / being sick so much haha, but i need to keep working hard a few more painfull days are comming up. Specially scared of the day where i go to the dentist in the morning and get the most painfull hair removal done in my face in the afternoon. Boring life update : So yesterday evening we arrived at our business coach house. We were a little bit overwhelmed with how successfull she was and how big her house was.
