Iโve started doing daily walks & alternating arms/shoulders and booty workouts along with cleaning up my diet, minimizing sugar and carbs while also making sure I get protein (giggity). Itโs already helping me feel tiny bits more confident. Hooray!

Ever have one of those weeks, or months, where everything is chaos? My youngest deals with health issues that we cannot find the cause of, and this week alone I have an ultrasound on a thyroid tumor and a brain MRI focused on a rapidly growing tumor on my pituitary gland. Iโve also been struggling with my own self-esteem and trying desperately to keep everything going while keeping up with home and making sure the boys get to classes, therapy, and family time. So, Iโm so sorry for the silence - making some video tomorrow to show off my new microbladed brows and lip piercing, along with the tittles we all know and love... as a start. ๐๐ If youโre still here, youโre really fucking awesome and I appreciate your support. Iโm gonna do much better, promise!
