I know I am a bit out of shape but it’s my hormones going a little crazy. I had a slow thyroid and started medication about a week ago.. hopefully I will spring back soon. I have an appointment with the nutritionist on Monday and I’m walking every day. Part part hopefully I will spring back soon.
