Today, I want to raise the topic of self-love, nowadays most people understand this phrase superficially and draw a beautiful picture of themselves -Deceiving themselves.
Self-care, healthy lifestyle, sports, women's circles, buying new trendy things, traveling, partying - it all has a place, but it's all to fit in with society and to please your favorite ego!!!!
While you are pleasing your ego, you are forgetting about your soul!!!
And maybe you should ask her what she wants and what she is afraid of ?
And move to overcome these fears, developing something new in yourself.
I share my experience, for the last intensive months of my life, I have overcome many fears, passed my way psychologically, began to control emotions, fell in love anew with my body in dance, I am regularly engaged in my favorite work.... Sports is my life.
And I'm proud of myself.
That's what real self-love looks like and it's not an easy road... but trust me, it's worth it.

A breakdown from working out. Eating disorder.
This is actually a very serious topic.
If you're having breakdowns and you're losing discipline, it means you're doing something wrong.
Usually breakdowns are caused by severe restriction.
Therefore, dear ones ... give your body a rest, exercise every other day ( for example) ... allow yourself everything in food ...( just know the measure, think about the quantity).
To train and eat right is not to limit yourself, but to know the norm.
Every body is different.
