the issue with body dysmorphia is that it doesn’t matter how much weight you gain or lose, how fit or unfit you are, you will always find something to be unhappy about. my struggle is when i’m super skinny I love my stomach and legs but not my boobs and ass, but when i’m heavier (like I am now) I love my boobs and ass but feel uncomfortable with my stomach and feel jiggly when I walk :/ i’m not fat by any means but it’s hard when it doesn’t matter where I am on my fitness journey I have to learn to just be happy with who I am no matter what I look like. And that’s a very difficult thing to do. I haven’t posted in a few weeks because i’ve felt so ashamed of my tummy, it’s not the flat one I have become so used to anymore. But that doesn’t mean she’s not hot 😭🤍 so here’s some not quite as fit tummy appreciation photos 🌊

I lost so much weight from being sick aug/sep that I now weight 120lbs and my poor little boobies are now A cups 😭 going from a size D cup to A cup within a year just because of weight loss has been hard on my self esteem. The last time I was these measurements I was 12yo and I cried about it. As a grown woman its always difficult to embrace and love your own body but i’m doing my best and my OF and your support helps me with my body dysmorphia every day. Seeing that I can be beautiful and celebrated even though I look different now means a lot to me 🖤
