Real life with me...
Though we generally do live a D/s lifestyle full time because that's just who I am and she was made for me, we still have tons of growth. A Sunday special this week.
Skipped the scheduled and went with what went right in the moment. 😌
Had the pleasure of finding this hidden gem and spending most of the weekend here. ✨🙌🏽 It was a perfect way to practice manifesting the house for babe and I.
Angles are a bit off and I literally did NO edits at all. It’s a free flow bc I was really just focused on centering my energy to deliver a good vibe. It took a second to stop worrying about the camera and whether or not someone would walk up.
Baby came with me to make me feel secure. I love the way she loves me.

HIP OPENERS DAILY! Thank you to my bestie for always supporting me as a business. Back when we were allowed to go outside, lol, she hired me as her travel yoga therapist to prep her pre-performance. She was doing a live nude yoga set at an art show in southern FL. It was amazing!
I ALWAYS do hip openers with my clients because we carry so much energy in our bodies without knowing and so much of it can sit in our hips. I have a hip-opening sequence coming for you guys soon that you can try. I have to record it again because the audio was messed up the first time. 😪

THROWBACK TUESDAY. Take me back outside to the days of getting painted nude (or damn near) as a form of artistic expression for myself and for the artist.
It always seems to have an impact on the audience too. It's like being free gives others the permission they need to express their freedom too.
Our only limit in life is time. We have an unknown limited amount of breath. However, the possibility within that time is expansive almost beyond belief. If time or money weren't a factor, how would you be spending your days?

My best friend and I recorded this content almost two years ago as we were gearing up to host our 2nd Nude Yoga retreat.
For me... naked yoga is like coming home. It's like having a care free innocence with an adult awareness. To me, that's magic.
I am forever amazed by the wonders of the world without ever having to be naive about the way in which it works.
Nudity is natural. Love is natural. Compassion is natural. Abundance is natural.
I traded in what's normal for all things natural years ago, and I've been happier ever since.
When humanity as a whole gets back to what's natural we can start worrying less about what's "normal".
Normal is concerned with who you should be, natural is about who you are.
Think less, live more. You deserve love. You deserve joy. You deserve freedom, passion, fulfillment.

Speaking of sexual expression impacting mental health... I’m currently creating my first D/s contract ever 🙈Part of said contract includes me cooking upon request + cleaning daily!
I’ve been exploring the BDSM world for six plus years solely as a submissive. I introduced my now partner to it when we met two years ago.
