First of all, Steve Zim is amazing, I think his knowledge about working out certain muscle groups and achieving a specific physique are wider and deeper than anyone’s in the industry. But, but, but! 🍑 I just wish he would change the interface of the website/app, which at the moment only offers you the breakdown of the workout (i.e. 20 reps of exercise A, 20 reps of exercise B), as well as short videos of how to perform each exercise. This workout might be great for someone training at the gym, maybe with some company, but I kept losing count of how many reps I did and to be honest, just losing interest & focus. If I do a home workout I like having someone *there* with me, to watch and follow as I go along. So I am terribly sad, because I genuinely and truly believe in his knowledge and in the fact that if followed through meticulously, his regime would have great results. But as with everything in life, the whole experience matters, and sometimes the packaging is just as important as the content 😉 I am more confident I will be keeping on with this new app because it’s basing the workouts on yoga flows, and as you might know by now - yoga is the only form of exercise truly close to my heart and mind 🧘♀️ so being able to incorporate that into a workout, certainly makes it more appealing. The app (which also matters, it’s an app - although I wish they would offer a desktop version too, as I like having the option) is user friendly, you have different individual workouts, as well as series & challenges. Oh and I also got the full year membership cause it was only twice more than the monthly cost 😅 I know this is how they trick you in getting the yearly, but really in this case they left me no choice (it was €15 for the month and €30 for the year). I wish they would offer a more personalised programme, like Steve Zim did, especially since they ask you for height & weight, as well as level of fitness, which would imply they are developing some form of schedule for you. However the app gives you full flexibility on what workouts to choose, and for someone like me that can be a bit overwhelming. I ended up just starting a 7-day Beach Body Challenge & will see how this goes (although any body is a beach body 😉) Despite this, I am hoping to persevere with this one and get back to how toned I was last summer, although I was also jogging back then & that’s certainly not happening again 😅 I am hoping to soon see an improvement in my form and the way I look doing the exercises. Until then, enjoy my wobbly core and you have permission to laugh at it too 😁 *Would you like to see more workout videos/updates, and if so - how frequent?*

This show is so good! 🥵 every time you think they’ve done it, they go « hold, my beer » and serve you something even saucier 🔥 I just caaaaan’ttttt 😭 this is the last episode and I’m dragging it out to prolongue my pleasure 🤤 also I love sharing my pleasure with you 😉 And just check out this fragment: looks after looks after looks 😍 stunning settings, beautiful music, interesting plot, good characters, I mean I’m not gonna say it’s without a flaw, BUT!! for the fourth season of storylines happening in the same setting, they still manage to keep it fresh & not repetitive, imaginative 🤩 in terms of flaws, they do sometimes kinda escalate quickly through relationships and advance super quick but I think that makes sense in terms of production because it’s 8 episodes per year (or academic year) so the jumps in time are considerable, plus there is a ton of central characters to cover and many storylines. For the most part this happens seamless enough and I only noticed it maybe a couple of times because I was like « wait, *character x (m)* never shown this big part about his character until now and if *character y (f)* hadn’t had just descriptively mentioned it, I - as a viewer- wouldn’t have known it. And then what *character y* says/does wouldn’t quite make as much sense as it does now, that she’s set the scene for it. Also this is the fourth season and basically in each one something happens to someone, like… major, like… death (usually). and everyone seems to think of it as just a ridiculous series of unfortunate events (hats off to Lemony Snicket) that happens to these *kids*! And yet none of them are in therapy, or they don’t seem to show it, I always want to see a follow up of shows like this and see how they turn out in life!
