My sleep schedule has been such a horrible mess lately !! 😭
I keep falling asleep way too early and then I stay up way too late ?? I can’t sleep through the night and I wake up at odd hours and don’t go back to sleep 🙈😭 it’s literally been such a mess !! Maybe because of the changing seasons ?? Idk 🙈

I think I want my New Year’s resolutions to all be mostly health and fitness related !! :)
I used to do daily stretching and yoga as well as workouts and more and within the past year I’ve really really fallen off :(
I want to get back into yoga and stretching ( especially as cold weather approaches !! ) and fitness in general :) I want to feel healthy and happy and good within my skin !! ♡

I had sooo many cute Christmas ideas for this year and everything… but I just really tried my best to get in what I could and do my best tbh because I ended up getting so busy 😭 at least I got to get decent pics out at all this year because I was really notttttt happy with how last years pics turned out tbh lol… so that’s nice at least but I wish I could have executed all my fun ideas better !! :( there’s always next year I guess but sometimes I curse my over active mind for giving me a million and one ideas that are impossible to execute ( especially in a timely manner or with any kind of a ‘due date’ )
